Guiding Women To Reconnect Head and Heart
Drawing from years of practice and personal experience in trauma-informed coaching, somatic healing, and mindfulness teachings, I help clients identify the messaging and conditioning they are up against so they can make progress and live more joyfully, without dependence on substances, behaviors, or other "escapes" that we often engage with when we can't be in relationship with reality.
My role is to guide you as you redirect the spotlight inside. When you're ready to close your escape hatches, I support you in confronting your true self, including the sometimes painful gap between dreams and reality.

Elizabeth's Philosophy
I believe that trauma isn't what happened to us, but how we feel about what happened to us. Through visionary teaching and compassionate presence, I help illuminate the path between dreams and reality, laying the groundwork for you to alchemize your wounds allowing for vulnerability and self-discovery, in order to reconnect to who you are authentically. When we connect with our reality as it is, we can align what we know in our minds with what we feel in our hearts. That state of alignment brings creativity, synchronicity, and the agency to transform dreams into reality.

My path to coaching began long before I knew it would. Growing up on Manhattan's Upper East Side, I excelled as both student and athlete, earning my BA in French Art and Literature from Princeton University where I played on the tennis team. After graduation, I taught at both a private school in NYC and in the inner city in Cambridge, Massachusetts—experiences that deepened my understanding of human potential and the barriers that prevent us from accessing it.

I later earned Master's degrees in Elementary Education from Bank Street College of Education and Language and Literacy from Harvard Graduate School of Education. In 2020, I successfully sold One Wellness, the wellness center I founded and operated.
My greatest education, however, came through my own inner journey. With over twelve years of sobriety and thirteen years of meditation practice, I have spent countless hours on retreat developing radical acceptance and self-compassion. As a certified Health Coach, Life Coach, Recovery Coach, and Food Addiction Specialist, I draw from both my professional training and lived experience.
My approach integrates brain-based research with contemplative practices, helping clients understand how trauma and conditioning shape their patterns while reconnecting them to their body's wisdom. My work centers on the belief that our wounds can become our greatest sources of wisdom when met with compassionate presence.
Through my own journey from perfectionism to presence, I discovered that authentic transformation happens not by adding more "shoulds" to our lives, but by courageously turning inward to discover what's already there.
